• Donors: Name, email, donation amount, transaction ID.
• Students/Parents: Student name, age, parent email, program interest.
• Payments: Processed by PayPal. We do not store card or bank details.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

2. How We Use Information

• Sending donation receipts and registration confirmations.
• Maintaining financial records for IRS compliance.
• Communicating about programs you registered for.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Children's Privacy

Our programs serve students ages 6–18. For children under 13, a parent or guardian must provide consent before we collect any information. We collect only what's needed: student name, age, parent email, and program interest. We do not collect photos, location, or behavioral data from students.

4. Data Retention

Financial records are retained for 7 years per IRS requirements. Registration data is kept while enrolled and 1 year after, unless needed for audit purposes.

5. Your Rights

• Request a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion (subject to IRS recordkeeping requirements).
• Opt out of communications at any time.

6. Donation Policy

All donations to Youth Coding Quest, Inc. are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us at contact@youthcodingquest.org within 14 days of the transaction date. We will review your request and may, at our discretion, issue a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunded donations cannot be claimed as tax deductions, and the associated tax receipt will be voided.
